It's pretty awesome having nutrition as my life. I always tell people when they ask me what kind of supplements to take. Start with the basics and get some whey protein as a body building supplement then if you want, try an EFA stack for weight loss. As always throw in a multivitamin.

Hi Charlene! Thanks so much for the post. I am really glad that you are enjoying The Gabriel Method. I still struggle with eating a healthy substantial breakfast (I just am not that hungry in the morning and nothing sounds good :), but this french toast certainly is yummy. Berries are slowly coming back so that will be a great and easy addition.

Good luck on your journey and keep us posted!

Sprouted bread is bread made from sprouted grains. They contain no flour are very good for you. I get mine at Trader Joe's. They carry several varieties in their bread section. Other than that I would look in the refrigerated part of the organic/health food section of your grocery store. You will definitely want to refrigerate or freeze it once you bring it home to preserve it's freshness as it has no preservatives or additives to keep it fresh on your counter.

I have really been enjoying this type of bread. It is different than most bread -- on the extreme end of whole grain, but it has great flavor and I really enjoy the seed varieties for their flavor and additional omega 3s.

Food For Life Baking Co. is the most popular brand I have found. They have a store finder on their website so that may help you find where to buy it locally.

My favorite is the Rainier Organic Bakery grain and seed bread, but I don't know how available that is outside the northwest.

Good Luck!
