Thanks for stopping by. I am very excited about how things are going with the Gabriel Method. I can really feel the way I think about food changing. I know what you mean by weight clinging more. After multiple pregnancies, my body just isn't what it used to be.

I really like the McKenna book as well, especially the idea of really paying attention to your body and what it really means to feel full and to feel hungry. I also felt that his visualization cd was really good for my mood and self confidence.

I look forward to your insights, Welcome!

Thanks, Karin:

I started on the Gabriel program myself this past month. I feel better, sleep more, and have begun to move more. I am at that "certain age" where weight seems to pile on and cling so I expect that my journey may be harder than it might have been when younger.

I will follow your post and chime in from time to time. I just dropped by Amazon and bought the McKenna book and CD. I have already started to use some self hypnosis. Using the book, Instant self hypnosis by Forbes Robbins Blair.

Keep on keeping on.
